Research On Value-functional Implementing Of Baoding City Red Culture Under New Situation

Red culture is the advanced culture in China, the CPC led the Chinese people in thelong-term accumulation in the practice of revolution and construction, creation, integrationand formation of a particular type of culture, documenting history of the last hundred yearsof revolution and construction. It is not only the spiritual pillar of the Chinese nation andthe backing, or political and educational value of development and an important part for afar-reaching modernization of our country. In recent years, with the development ofsocialist modernization drive, especially the spirit, culture more red flashes brilliance.This article aims to "Baoding value function red culture" studies to explore conditionsand significant transformation in the way, the party stands for function of Baoding redculture under the new situation, and further proposed a way to realize the value of function.This paper studies from the following three aspects:First, from a macro point of view toexplain the Red culture.
