Because the evaluation contentand standard influence each other, it is difficult to separate the two, so will be merged into aunified discussion questions. Again, focusing on the assessment system is established for thepurpose of discussion, rational use of examination results, including the evaluation results toguide the civil servants of the future occupation planning, evaluation results should make fulluse of the incentive mechanism evaluation system, and evaluation results with the possibilityof expanding. Finally, on the base of research of the above problems, the future developmentof the civil service examination system, put forward some own views: the first is the analysisof environmental factors at the examination system development, followed by local drives ofall rules, the last is the focus of the future civil servants examination system developmentforecast. The whole structure in order to put forward the question, to solve the problem as thebasic point of discussion, solve the problem at the same time, and put forward suggestions on the perfection of the assessment system, the completion of a series of deals with the way tosolve this problem, puts forward some suggestions on the future development of appraisalsystem.
