Study On The Security System Of Labor Rights And Interests Of South Korean Women

This paper studies the problem of Korean women workers’ rights are protected. Through the introduction of international legislation for women workers, we can draw women as a social group has been weakened, which is now entering into the field of labor, the need for special protection of their rights, and men to get equal development. Not only is South Korea, many countries of the world are concerned about the problems of women workers, and constantly strive to find a solution to the policy, there are several national policy on the protection of women workers is not only healthy but also very effective. Based on the interest in the protection of women workers in Korea to analyze, evaluate, learn from Scandinavia Scandinavian peninsula and China based on the experience made corresponding improvement suggestions.In this paper, comparative study, qualitative analysis method specifications. Expand research on these issues in order to promote the development of Korean women’s rights protection system.This paper will discuss the following aspects;(1) a general study of women workers’ rights protection system.
