Study On The Inquiry Right Of Deputies To The National People’s Congress

As an important part of the National People’s Congress on behalf of the supervision rightof inquiry, is related to China’s National People’s Congress representative to understand if thefacts, discover if the truth, take measures to supervise the state organs and their staff.Although China’s constitution and relative laws stipulate the contents of the inquiry rightclearly, the actual situation of exercising the inquiry right is not optimistic., The inquiry rightof the deputies to the NPC is not be exercised very well. At present，the weak inquiry right isconnected with the imperfect legal system. To protect the inquiry right of the deputies to theNPC, China’s government should improve the legal system and raise the ability of exercisingthe inquiry right for the deputies to the NPC.
