Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Legal System On Religious In China

At present, in the context of globalization, with the deepening of reform and opening up development, communication is more increasing between China’s religious circles and international religious organizations, the situation is more complex. But the time of religious legal system building is very short in China, and the effectiveness was not significant. So it is urgent to the deep research of this issue.First, this article discusses the necessity of our religious legal system construction form three aspects:the religious work requests to strengthen itself; the construction of law society needs the religious legal construction; building the harmonious society requires the religious legal construction.Secondly, the paper refers to the legal construction of China’s new course to overview the religious legal system construction’s condition. And it analyzes the staggered results of the historical religious legal system construction in our country, as well as its shortcomings.Finally, starting from the strategic objectives of China’s religious legal system construction, it focuses attention to religious legislation in our country and put forward constructive views:Religious legal system construction must be based on reality. According to the needs and realities of religious work, on the basis of the existing laws, regulations and policy documents are comprehensive cleaned up, as the center of religious legal system construction urgent problems, cooperate with our country’s development planning strategy conception about religious legal system construction, as well as modify and make corresponding laws, regulations and policies in allusion to its legal issues, make the existing religious laws, regulations and policies form the basic system in China and effective implementation.In this paper, legal system and religious management are put into a specific area to discuss and launch its feasibility research.
