Researching thoroughly the problem of professional sport bribery incriminating make great significant in the development of professional sports and achieving the goal of the sport rule of law.This paper has researched the relevant problems of professional sport bribery behaviors, using the method of literature reviewing, case studying, expert interviewing and comprehensive analysis. Based on analyzing the defects and blind spots in the criminal law by penalizing professional sport bribery, the research focuses on the feasibility and necessity of professional sport bribery incriminating.By the research, there are two defects in the criminal law by penalizing professional sport bribery. The first, there are no clear legal basis in determining the main body of professional sport bribery. The second, the rule of the criminal law by penalizing professional sport bribery is very wild and contrary to the basic principles of legality. The research considers that it is feasible and necessary on professional sport bribery incriminating, for the following reasons:1. Professional sports bribery has serious social harmfulness.
