Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Local Government Government Integrity Managemen

Honesty has been the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation since ancient times,and it is also an important magic weapon of governance.Confucius once said,"People will not stand without trust," which fully demonstrates the importance of integrity to a country’s stability and harmony.In recent years,the state has proposed that local governments at all levels should promote the integrity management of government affairs,promote the construction of a social credit system,and promote the modernization of governance system and governance capacity.From the perspective of government affairs integrity and management,this paper studies the integrity management of local government affairs.This paper holds that the integrity management of local government affairs refers to the activity process of the integrity management of the administrative affairs within the administrative region by the local government on the basis of legal provisions and moral norms.On this basis,construct the framework system of government affairs integrity management.In recent years,the concept,platform and policies of government affairs integrity management have been continuously improved.However,some local governments still have some problems in the process of government affairs integrity management,such as the idea of official standard,new officials ignoring old accounts,government affairs integrity management is just a formality,unclear understanding of management content and so on.The reason lies in the need to improve the awareness of good faith,the accountability and supervision mechanism of government dishonesty is not perfect,the lack of coordination and cooperation in management.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the integrity management level of local government affairs,perfect the law and supervision mechanism,strengthen the integrity management of administrative personnel,improve the management mechanism of government affairs dishonesty,and establish a multi-party cooperation of government affairs integrity management system.
