Party Committee Organization Department annually selecting excellent universitygraduates to the grassroots level of service, has a very important strategic significance andprofound influence. Selected graduates work bears the selection and training of outstandingyoung cadres, and provide the important mission of reserve forces for leadership. As animportant aspect of our cadre personnel system, selected graduates work is a need to startfrom the source of the work, it constantly inject fresh blood into the grass-roots, culture,created a batch after batch of excellent talents for the socialist modernization construction ofour country. The birth and development of selected graduates system has gone through thecourse of half a century, in the last20years, selected graduates work from the examination,selection, training, appointment to the management and other sectors have gained rapiddevelopment. At the same time, selected graduates system in the process of its developmentalso has some problems to be solved, such as the system updates appear, selected graduates isrelatively slow in the "Civil Servant Law" after the introduction, to a certain extent affectedthe further development of the future work. This paper tries to break through the original research limitations, adopts the researchmethods of literature study, the theory of scientific field research, statistical analysis, thestatus quo will China selected graduates work are systematically summarized and summed up,trying to realize from the macro to the micro, from theory to technology leap from theory topractice, perfect. In this paper, fully tap the currently selected graduates work problems andin-depth analysis of its causes, according to the present situation of selected graduates workto formulate the corresponding improvement measures, to ensure the selected graduates workand civil servant system, training of young cadre selection system, college students’ employment work of mutual coordination and cooperation, in order to achieve the selectedgraduates work scientific, the standardization, institutionalization.The thesis consists of introduction, text and conclusion.Introduction: briefly introduces the question and significance, research status, researchideas and methods and the main innovation.The text includes three parts.The first part: the overview of selected graduates work related background. Firstintroduced the related concept and main body of selected graduates work. Secondly, thedevelopment history of the selected graduates work, according to early stage, developmentstage, re adjustment and exploration phase, recovery phase, a total of four stages are brieflyreviewed.The second part: the present situation and the reason to the problems of selectedgraduates work. Review and analysis of selected graduates work achievements, existingproblems and causes. Since the selected graduates work,achieved remarkable results, traininga large number of front-line experience with grass-roots level of outstanding young cadres,optimize our cadre team quality and structure, explore the effective mode of training youngcadres and there serve cadre management. At the same time, selected graduates work stillexist some problems, this paper enumerates four kinds of problems, and the deep reasons areanalyzed, the main reason is the selected graduates training location is not unified, the relatedpolicy updates lag, the relevant theoretical research is not in place.The third part: the countermeasure suggestion of selected graduates work.
