To this, shall establish a system of anti-corruption laws, to comply with the current national and society urgent needs.In the perspective of anti-corruption law legislation, this article through to our country anti-corruption laws shall follow the principle, the design of the framework and procedure, explores the anti-corruption laws in our country and related issues. First of all, this paper discusses the urgency of anti-corruption law legislation, formulate the significance and value of anti-corruption law. Determine the anti-corruption laws in our country is the inevitable trend in the development and construction in our country. Secondly, this paper based on the experience of the foreign anti-corruption laws, anti-corruption laws in China are put forward for reference and enlightenment. The fourth discusses the need to include the content of the anti-corruption laws in our country, this includes about the provisions of the civil servants receive gift range and the maximum amount, consummates our country officials property declaration system, about the provisions of the civil servants career in the second, the regulation of the challenge system about relatives, investigation procedure and legal responsibility, comprehensive and meticulous to combat corruption in our country has made the specification and guidance on the substantive law and procedural law.Finally there is no a complete anti-corruption laws in our country, the prevention and punishment of corruption in China has a great obstacles. Compared with many developed countries and regions, formed a much higher degree of integrity credit due to a system to perfect the anti-corruption laws. For the act of preventing corruption, issued such as Singapore, South Korea enacted the law on the prevention and control of corruption, the anti-corruption law, the United States issued the federal corruption countermeasures law and so on. These laws and regulations of common feature is to improve the corruption crime cases, increase the cost of corruption crime, from aspects of to the constraint of punishing and preventing corruption from happening.
