advance the rule of law in order to improve the party's governance capability and level.Comprehensively promote the rule of law,building socialism with Chinese characteristics is the total target of the rule of law system,the construction socialism country under the rule of law,which is under the leadership of the communist party of China,adhere to the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,carry out the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics theory,form a complete legal system,efficient implementation of law system,strict supervision system,strong rule of law under the rule of law guarantee system,forming perfect party anti-corruption laws and regulations system,adhere to the rule of law,ruling according to law,promote administration according to law,adhere to the country under the rule of law and the rule of law government,rule of law society construction,We will ensure that legislation is made in a scientific way,law enforcement is strictly enforced,the administration of justice is impartial,and all people abide by the law.We will modernize China's governance system and capacity for governance.At the fourth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee,we incorporated the intraparty system of laws and regulations into the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,marking a milestone in the development of the rule of law in China.Anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party are an important part of the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the process of constructing anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party,the CPC has adopted novel ideas and unique methods,and embodied the political value,legal value and social value of the laws and regulations within the party.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),an important task in fighting corruption has been to "put power in a cage of institutions" and make solid progress in building laws and regulations against corruption within the party.After the founding of the communist party of China(CPC),many intra-party normative documents have been formulated as the basis for governing the party and governing the party.In particular,specific text classification of anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party is of great significance to the formulation of anti-corruption laws and regulations as well as the sorting and research of existing laws and regulations.Based on the research of the party's anti-corruption laws and regulations,can in practice to legislation on anti-corruption,it explains the relationship between the anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party and the national anti-corruption laws.Finally,it summarizes the construction process of anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party,and constructs the anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party under the systematic thinking,laying a good foundation for the follow-up research.The second part is the elaboration of the current situation of the construction of anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party.First of all,it expounds the legislative status and text status of anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party.Secondly,the main problems in the construction of anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party as well as the legal analysis of the problems need to be improved.The scientific nature of the construction of anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party needs to be improved from three control,interest balance and behavior regulation.The third part puts forward some Suggestions on how to perfect the anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party.First of all,the basic principles of the construction of anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party should be clarified.Secondly,it is suggested to formulate special regulations on anti-corruption within the party of the communist party of China(CPC),and put forward feasible Suggestions on its main content,constituent elements and construction model.Thirdly,we should improve the construction of supporting systems corresponding to anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party,including improving the supervision mechanism and enhancing the systematicness and operability of supporting systems of anti-corruption laws and regulations.Secondly,we should strengthen the coordination between the anti-corruption laws and regulations within the party and the national law,including constructing the coordination mechanism of laws and regulations in the legislation,constructing the transformation mechanism of laws and regulations between the two in the legal provisions,and perfecting the coordination mechanism of laws and regulations in practice.Finally,we should learn from the successful anti-corruption experience of foreign political parties and integrate with the international anti-corruption law system.
