The fundamental motivation of constructing anti-corruption laws and regulations is to effectively solve and govern these highlighted corruption problem, form the party’s education and deterrence to party members,achieve institutionalized anti-corruption and maintain social fairness and justice.Although the legislative intention of the party’s anti-corruption laws and regulations is to prevent and control corruption, but corruption issues are still prone, which means that we should take some measures to enhance the performance effectiveness of anti-corruption laws and regulations.
