| Smart city was put forward by IBM based on its smart earth in2009, which aimed at analyzing city information through advanced information technology, making intelligent response for public demands and realizing smart govern. Smart community is an important part and the basis of smart city and what we study in this paper is that factors affecting public adoption of smart community services based on mobile internet. We take the widely used UTAUT, Trust Theory and Information System Success Model as our theoretical foundation and propose7hypotheses based on the literature review of smart community and e-government adoption. We believe that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, service quality, government credibility, trust on the internet and subjective norm have positive effect on public adoption, meanwhile, public adoption is different in demographic variable and community type. To test the model, we take the Community Information Card of Dapuqiao as an empirical object. Questionnaire and interview are the research method that we choose, and we use correlation analysis, multiple linear regression and variance analysis. The date analysis suggests that service quality, perceived usefulness, trust on the internet, government credibility and perceived ease of use affect public adoption positively, while different age, employment status and community type have different public adoption, however, the hypothesis of subjective norm is not verified. According to the empirical analysis results, we put forward the model of factors affecting public adoption on mobile service platform, looking forward to further promote the development of mobile government and smart community. |
