Research On The Perational Ilemma And Ptimization Strategy Of Smart Community Onstruction

With the rapid development of smart cities and modern communities,smart community construction plays an important role in promoting community governance efficiency.The purpose of smart community construction is to make full use of new-generation information technology means,such as big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence,to integrate various community service resources and to create a new type of community governance based on the information and intelligent management and services.In recent years,smart communities have become an important aspect of smart city development.Smart communities use modern technology to improve community governance efficiency,enhance public service efficiency,and create a more comfortable and safe living environment for residents.The construction of smart communities makes full use of modern information technology,integrates community service resources,and improves community governance efficiency.Smart community construction is of great significance for the intelligence and upgrading of urban and rural community governance service levels.First,this paper reviews in detail the literature on the concepts of smart community construction,operating difficulties,and optimization strategies,and puts forward specific research methods and technical routes.Second,it defines the core concepts of research and studies from the perspectives of digital governance theory,governance modernization theory,and technology and organization theory.Third,this paper summarizes the policies,technologies,and market backgrounds of smart communities,as well as developing concepts and overall frameworks,and outlines the construction of smart communities by taking Smart Futian as the research object.Further,through a combination of questionnaire surveys and field inspections,this paper summarizes the operating difficulties encountered in the implementation process of smart communities and analyzes their fundamental causes.At present,although the construction of Smart Futian has achieved certain results,there are operating difficulties such as inadequate infrastructure construction,lack of inter-connectivity among platform application government service systems,poor effects of business application experiences,and inconsistent mechanisms,regulations,and standards.Finally,based on the discovered operating difficulties,this paper puts forward optimization strategies including deploying a comprehensive perception information infrastructure,building a unified smart integrated application platform,improving multiple and efficient smart application scenarios,and establishing sound and efficient collaborative support mechanisms.These optimization strategies help to improve the overall efficiency of the Smart Futian community and extend to the overall construction framework of smart communities.In summary,smart community construction is of vital importance because it creates a good living environment for residents,improves public services at the community level,and enhances the overall efficiency of community governance.The purpose of smart community construction is to use new-generation information technology to respond to the challenges of modern public governance.The research findings of this paper reveal the operating difficulties and optimization strategies of Smart Futian,which provide a new perspective and reference for promoting the construction of smart communities and enhancing the quality of public services for community residents.
