The Research Of Rural Residential Environment Construction From The Perspective Of Chinese Beautiful Countryside

A good living environment is one part of new socialist countryside construction,which not only related to the physical and psychological health of rural residents, butalso the sustainable development of rural economy and society. It can also influencethe process of new socialist countryside building and urban-rural integration. SinceChina puts forward the goal of building new socialist countryside in2005, the partyand country improving the support for the rural residential environment constructionconstantly. In2002, Chinese Communist Party proposed the statement that Puttingthe construction of ecological civilization in the prominent position, integrating it intothe economic, political, cultural and social development in all aspects and the wholeprocess, to make great efforts on building the Beautiful China. In2013, the No.1document from the national put forward the new target of construction beautifulvillage formally, it also proposed higher demands for China’s rural residentialenvironment construction in ecology, culture, and regime aspects.This year is the first decade of the new socialist countryside building proposed.In these ten years, China has made great achievements in the rural residentialenvironment construction, but for the theories of the rural residential construction thatsuits Chinese characteristics socialism, especially from the view of Chinese BeautifulCountryside are still relatively less. There are two main reasons: the first is that as anew discipline, Habitat Environmental Science, which has a wide range of studying,covering many subjects such as architecture, urban planning, environmental science,etc, is hard to review; The second is that China’s rural living environment has thefeatures of late started, short course, big difference, hard to develop a large number and comprehensive theoretical results in a short time. For these reasons, this articlestudied the Chinese rural residential environment construction from the perspective ofChinese Beautiful Countryside and put forward suggestions from the path of publicservices, which guided by dialectical materialism and historical materialism ofMarxism.There are five parts in this text. The first part is introduction, which clarified thechoice of the research background and significance of the topic, reviewed thedomestic and international research in this field, and described the department’sresearch methods, ideas, innovations and deficiencies. In the second part, the authordefined the relevant concepts, such as the Beautiful Country and residentialenvironment. The second part also described the relationship between the BeautifulCountryside building and the rural living environment construction and the currentmajor progress in these theory. The third section has introduced the current status ofrural living environment, summarized the current achievements and problems, andin-depth analysis the causes of these problems. Part IV described the enlightenmentexperience from foreign countries and the meaning to China. According to thesentences above, the fifth part put forward suggestions to Chinese rural livingenvironment building’s path selection.
