Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of "Beautiful Countryside" Construction In H City Of G Province

With the eighteen proposed "beautiful China" new concept,it stressed the need to foster rspect for nature, and comply with nature, protected the civilization of natural ecological has been seriously, the construction of ecological civilization construction in the overall layout of socialism has become an important a part. However, to achieve the goal of beautiful China, beautiful rural construction is an important part. In 2013, the first document of the Central Committee, for the first time proposed to build a beautiful countryside, the goal of further strengthening rural ecological construction,environmental protection and comprehensive rectification work. In response to the call of the central government, H of G province, opened the construction of "beautiful countryside", and regulated the rural living environment to promote the construction of rural spiritual civilization.My paper is divided into six chapter. The first chapter is introduction, mainly expounds the background and significance of the selection of H of G province building"beautiful countryside "as the title, and collating and reviewing the research status at home and abroad, the methods and characteristics of researches are also introduced. The second chapter describes the main theoretical basis of the concept of the beautiful countryside, the construction of new socialist countryside construction theory and the green landscape of modern city theory and the "five in one "in the" ecological civilization"strategy,providing strong theoretical support for this paper. The third chapter introduces the general situation of the construction of beautiful countryside in H of G province, and introduces the working effect of the construction of beautiful countryside in H of G province, and makes a detailed introduction of the three measures of water pollution control, clean first and green home. One of the main part of fourth chapters of this paper,analyzing the problems of building a beautiful country in H of G province, such as infrastructure construction is not complete, management form and financial security is not big enough. The fifth chapter introduces the successful experience of rural construction in China, and introduces the experience of the developed countries such as Europe, America, Japan, Korea and other countries. The last chapter is focus on the last part of this paper,from the construction of infrastructure and combination of construction management, broaden the financing channels, publicity and guidance, regulation of hot project in five aspects and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote G of H province of the beautiful countryside construction.In this paper,the theory and practice combined closely, completed the reseach on the constrction of the beautiful countyside construction in H of G Province, hoping to provide a reference for H of G province of the beautiful countryside construction on the basis of this, thinking of a force to promote the rural ecological civilization construction and the practice of "beautiful Chinese" dream.
