Study On The Protection And Inheritance Of The Rural Culture In The Construction Of Beautiful Countryside

Cultural heritage of the village is one of the most precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation, and is also the root of national history and culture and people’s spiritual feelings. However, due to the rapid development of urbanization, many traditional houses and ancient ancestral hall, ancient trees are blindly removed, and many intangible cultural heritages also be gradually lost in the wave of modernization, the inheritance and development of rural traditional culture are seriously challenged. After the 18th CPC National Congress, the party and the country decided to build the beautiful countryside for balancing urban and rural development. It provides an important opportunity for the development of rural traditional culture. And it is important for the cultivation of socialist core values and building a well-off society and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation China dream.This article is based on the basic national conditions at this stage. Its main object of study is the traditional village culture. Its time and social background is the construction of beautiful countryside. And it uses the theory and method of Marxism, first, it defines the concept and theoretical basis of rural culture, beautiful country and cultural protection and inheritance. Secondly, this paper discusses the relationship between the construction of beautiful countryside and the inheritance of cultural protection. On one hand, the construction of the beautiful countryside provides opportunity, material guarantee and good ecological space for the cultural protection and inheritance. On the other hand, protecting and inheriting culture is conducive to improving the quality of rural construction, maintaining social harmony, developing of cultural industries and so on. Thirdly, it analysis and research of the rural cultural planning, changes of rural culture, person of ability to rural cultural, culture industry in rural areas, rural cultural policies and regulations, capital investment of rural culture, farmers ideological aspects’problems and reasons. Then, this paper learns and absorbs the experience of the rural cultural protection and inheritance that from home and abroad, and it summarizes the enlightenment to china. Finally, it combines the party and the country’s latest theoretical ideas on the construction of rural culture, and it points out that we should stick to the principle of people oriented, authenticity principle, principle of adjusting measures to local conditions, integrated principles, and sustainability principles. And we have to deal with the relationship between the old and the new, the relationship between the cultural heritage and cultural utilize, the relationship between the external beauty and inner soul, the relationship between the government and the peasants. The cultural protection and inheritance measures are to make scientific planning, improve the protection of heritage awareness, strengthen the construction of talent team, development the cultural industry, make funds, perfect system and mechanism, strengthen publicity and education, innovation the means of protection, and so on. Its purpose is to arouse people’s local consciousness, promote the construction of beautiful countryside, balance urban and rural development, build a harmonious society and make some theoretical and practical reference for the construction of rural culture.
