Evaluation Of Public Cultural Service Quality Of Migrant Workers

Migrant worker is a special product accompanied by the reform and opening up ofChina’s dual economic system.In recent years, the problem about Migrant Workers Party hasbeen incorporated into the people’s vision, but few of them focus on cultural rights. Theircultural life satisfaction is not high, and the current service fails to fully meet the needs ofspiritual and cultural life. Groups of migrant workers as special groups connecting city withcountryside, respect and safeguard their cultural rights and interests is an important measurefor our national quality improvement, it will promote the modernization of urban and ruraldevelopment and the development of urbanization. In the past thirty years of reform andopening-up, migrant workers are the backbone that has been one of China’s urbandevelopment and social progress.They play an irreplacable role in the industrialized,urbanizationalized process.However,China’s existing household registration system,employment system and the idea of people result in lacking enough understanding andone-sided understanding of this group,at the same time, their relatively meager income madethem not share the public cultural service equally to the citizen.In view of this situation, inorder to seek a reasonable, targeted solution to the current shortage of migrant workers’ publiccultural services,being based on the basis of reading a lot of public cultural services andservice quality evaluation of the relevant literature references, drawing SERVQUAL,SERVPERF model of service quality measurement method, I tried to build a public culturalservice quality evaluation of migrant workers.I made use of questionnairesurvey,mathematical statistics and other methods, from the perspective of individualdifferences(sexes,ages,levels of education,income, living conditions and professions), chosethe migrant workers in J city as the research object, analyzing the public cultural servicequality factors affecting migrant workers and furtherly putting forward reasonable suggestionsfor improvement,from security system,investment mechanism,management of servicedepartments and supply of personalized,targeted public cultural services to improve the publiccultural service quality, ensuring that migrant workers are better able to participate in the citypublic culture,help them to improve their cultural literacy, furtherly into the city development,the social recognization and respect.
