The Research To The Influencial Factors Of Public Service Quality Improvement Of Community Service Center

The collapse of the unit system has made the community a basic unit of social life and management.Under the background of the reform of the city's grassroots management system,community service centers have become an important role in grassroots governance and have become one of the providers of public services.This study based on the related data and theory,based on the resource dependence theory,system theory,the cooperative governance theory,extracting coordinated policy support,social organizations,residents participation,organizational commitment,party leadership five effects such as community service center to improve the public service quality related factors,based on SERVPER method to design the community residents' perception evaluation,and 12 city community service center in Anshun and Guiyang as investigation object,has carried out for more than four months of field investigation,has issued460 questionnaires,and with the community service center staff,residents' committees and residents to carry out in-depth interviews for many times,the study found that in the same area of community service center obvious differences in quality of public service.On this basis,this study applied qualitative comparative analysis method,deeply explore the combination of five factors,comparing the data of 12 community,is found between the factors influence each other,forming combination,work together,and In addition,the autonomous power-driven,multi-cooperative driving and internal-external compound-driven models three promote the route of improving the quality of public service.On this basis,this study attempts to provide policy suggestions for the improvement of public service quality in the current community reform.
