Case Study Of "BangWanJia" Service Center In Dalian Shahekou District

With the deepening of reform and opening, and the development of economy and society, how to handle the social management becomes a new topic for the party and government in this new era. Considering the large area and population, difficulties in old urban management and other actual situation, Shahekou district launched the "BangWanJia" service center based on the innovated social management concept. Due to the convenient, fast, multifunction and reliable service,"BangWanJia" service center has become an excellent housekeeper and helper for the district residents. This service center has a great practical significance for the scientific development of Dalian.This thesis takes the "BangWanJia" service center as the study object, with utilizing stagnation research, visiting research and questionnaire survey methods. Firstly, after studying social management theories and practices in domestic and abroad, introduce the "BangWanJia" services, together with its features, operation and effects. Secondly, by visiting research and questionnaire, collect information to analyze the effects and shortcomings. Base on that, the paper points out there are5main problems:identity positioning, long-lasting power, platform, functions, and enterprise participation. Then, root causes are pointed out:organization structure irrational, top-level design imperfect, public resources dispersion, lack of participation enterprise and social organizations and supporting incompleteness.Base on the analysis results and actual situation, this thesis proposes several measures and suggestions. Improve the top-level design. Actively promote the integration with other platforms. Improve enterprises and social organizations involvement. At last, summarize the conclusions, point out the limitations and shortcomings.
