Research On The Delivery Of Public Service By The Social Organization Service Center

The mass work is the innovation of social governance and an important force for social harmony and stability maintenance,but also to maintain the foundation of the masses work.The representative of the Municipal Women's Federation organizations of C city purchase the government activities,based on their own advantages and innovated the methods of their work,with a proper way of social organization.The service center of women's social organization(women's social organization)plays an important role in the supply of public services as a platform to connect social organizations and integrate social resources.Taking the service center of women's social organization as the research object and the service delivery process and strategy of the service center as an important content.This paper explores the important role of the women's social service center in the cohesion of social forces and serving the grassroots and the public services.The first part mainly introduces the organizational structure of women's social organization service center,including organization establishment,function and responsibility,and the management system of service center.This part is the foundation of the thesis.The second part mainly discusses the process of public service delivery from the perspective of resource dependence,and runs the project through the whole process of service delivery,such as goal setting,subject selection,resource integration and effectiveness feedback.The third part mainly describes the public service delivery strategy of women's social service center.It mainly includes cultivating social organizations,project docking,ability training and brand building.The fourth part evaluated the public service delivery results.It includs service effectiveness,dilemma of public service delivery and improving path.Through the evaluation on the output effect of women's social organization service center as a public service platform,I will summarize the beneficial experience and makeup for the defects,to improve the service center public service level and efficiency.
