Study On The Operation Of The Service Center Of The Streets In Kunming

Public service has always been the focus of our concern.The establishment of a service-oriented government is also an important goal of China's social governance.The strengthening of citizenship has made service awareness more important.In order to further improve the quality of public services,the street has also launched a“ one-stop service ”."One-stop service" has received much attention since its development.It plays an important role in the innovation community public service model.Strict implementation will improve the quality of public service supply to a certain extent,and it will also have a major impact on urban governance.As an important grassroots part of urban governance,the street level should assume a more important role and introduce a “one-stop service” model,which can provide new vitality for today's street-based service centers and provide high-quality and excellent services for residents.activity.However,the current "one-stop service of street windows" presents many problems,involving higher-level government departments,window workers,and residents themselves.These problems have had a serious impact on the quality of the public services provided to urban street service centers.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the service methods and service quality of relevant subjects in street management.This paper takes the street-oriented service center as the research object,sorts out the current predicament,and deeply analyzes the influencing factors to seek feasible propulsion strategies.The first is to clarify the relevant concepts of street-serving service centers,based on service-oriented government theory,seamless government theory and social capital theory;secondly,analyze the macro-construction background and role orientation of street-based service centers.The necessity and rationality of the production;the third is to take the M-street in Kunming as an example,carry out in-depth analysis of the case,analyze the influencing factors from the setting of its organization to each radiation subject,andfind out its shortcomings and deep-seated analysis;Combining the case and this professional knowledge,the development strategy of the street service center for people in Kunming is proposed in the current and future period.This paper starts with the role of the street-based service center and discusses its role as a provider of public services,an expression of “quasi-government”,a guide for community construction,a “sound tube” for residents,and a builder of civil society.The process of providing public services to residents,its role,starting point and destination are all to provide public services that meet the needs of residents,but there are some shortcomings,so that the provision of public services does not reach the ideal state,the streets serve the people.The center needs to be based on these five types of roles to carry out high-quality and high-volume public service activities.
