The relevant government officials should adhere to the core philosophy of people-oriented, seek advice from netizens,achieve scientific decision-making and governance from netizens, interact with netizens timely,and guide public opinion correctly. Only in this way can the micro-blog work well.This paper starts from the descriptions of the basic overview of government affairs micro-blog, and the structure of the paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic, theoretical, research methods, innovations and imperfections; the second chapter discusses the basic concept of government affairs micro-blog and current situations of participation in the public administration field; the third chapter systematically analyzes the impact that government affairs micro-blog has brought to the administration; the fourth chapter discusses the main limiting factors in the development process of government affairs micro-blog, and points out the problems and causes in the practice process of government affairs micro-blog; the fifth chapter put forward the corresponding countermeasure for the government affairs micro-blog to scientifically and effectively participate in the public administration field.This paper has two main innovations. We should develop our government affairs micro-blog with reference to the advanced experience of foreign government micro-blog. Government micro-blog has run for only five years, is still a new thing, and academic research is still only confined to their development status and characteristics, current functions on the surface of the primary stage. As for the development of its in-depth and vision, a lot of qualitative and comprehensive quantitative analysis will be required.Only all members of the society participate can the government affairs micro-blog really realize the political network effectively. Whether as the issued subject of micro-blog or a response to the Party of the netizen, they should respect each other and mutually benefit together. Now China is in transition, and Chinese government has benefited from the network public opinion. If the government agencies make persistent efforts to use and manage the micro-blog platform correctly, the government affairs micro-blog will bring more surprise for the innovation of social management in the future.
