| With the rapid development of media technology and wide spread of networkterminal, citizens have more convenient and effective ways and means of supervision inthe process of participation of political life and management of state affairs. Micro-blogprovides a platform for supervision for citizens. Micro-blog changes the traditionalways and means of supervision. The exercise of right of supervision of citizens isplaying a more and more important role. But there are some problems in the process ofcitizens’ enforcement of right of supervision through micro-blog. These problems affectthe effect of right of supervision. This article precisely launches the elaboration on thistheme. On the basis of explaining right to supervise, there is an analysis about theproblems in the process of citizens’enforcement the right of supervision throughmicro-blog，taking environmental issues as a case. By analyzing the problems, we canfind the reason of current situation. Combining these problems and explaining thereasons of growing problem, the reason that why the right to supervise goes wrong canbe explained from net citizens, micro-blog platform, traditional media and governmentagency. And there are some suggestion and strategy to solve the problems. At the sametime the author put forward her own opinion about how to make use of micro-blog tointeract with the masses under an information-based environment. A government agencyshould master the ability of dissolving the crisis through information platform. When agovernment agency can hold the will of the people correctly, it will serve the peoplebetter in future. |
