A Study Of Community Environment Management Of Baibuting Garden

With the effect of the greenhouse and the melting of the ice berg, the climate and environment problems are standing out day by day. The environment is the main part of the external conditions for living and developing, which will affect and limit the social development and the economic construction of human being. Community, which is seen as the fundamental unit of living, no matter where or what kind of house do you live in, the circumstance of the community is closely bound up with each resident, the circumstance have a great effect on residents’ health issue and individual development. Recent years, people are paying more and more attention on individual and collective development, more and more rights are given to residents, unitized community management have drew much attention from the society. The circumstance of community not only included traditional natural environment but also the mental culture environment which plays a vital role in the management.My thesis is going on the basis of the theory of community management, take the local outstanding Baibuting community as the blueprint, the thesis consists of3aspects(management of ecological environment, management of living environment, management of humanity),in my thesis, I will introduce you the advanced skills, the previous results in managing by the means of the author’s first-hand experience and the deep searching. From1999,the Baibuting community has become a8districts community(anjuyuan、 baiheyuan、wenxinyuan、yikangyuan、yiheyuan、baibulongting、baibuhuating, baibuyating),and the developing modern city and shiboyuan, jinglanyuan, yuexiuyuan, wenhuayun. The green rate reach about60%-70%,all the residents are satisfied with the environment. With tree lawn,culture corridors and fitness equipments everywhere, the community insisted on building up both "hardware and software environment", also paid much attention on different kinds of community activities to enrich the residents’ spare life, especially the old people.After10years of time, the management has built up its own mode, the experiences is worth learning, of course, there are still some problems among the management, such as the traffic and parking issues of the community and so on, the author also searched some information according to these problems, and come up with few suggestions, such as developing the underground areas, strengthen the cooperation with the related departments and so on.The last step is making a brief summary by the analysis and introduction above to promote the pace of construction of both the community and the city.
