Design And Implementation Of The Retired Soldier Information Management System

At present, Chinese military informational construction and modernization has been changerd rapid.Meenwhile, the level of information equipment, network warfare, electronic warfare, information warfare has constantly been improved, the progress is obvious.But the level of information management for retired soldiers is still low, especially in NeiMengGu, the information on the management of retired soldiers is still relied on manual entry and paper-based records management, so the efficiency is relatively low. After the troops transfers the file to the local province, where it is difficult to verify the real information of retired soldiers. While local civil resettlement of retired soldiers are in accordance with the policy, the armed forces is also difficult to know. Third Plenary Session of the Party’s eighteen commands that "do placement of veterans supporting policy reform well", therefore, there is an urgent need to adopt more advanced information technology tools to solve the problem of resettlement of retired soldiers. The main work accomplished in this thesis including:1) This thesis analysizes the resettlement work of the retired soldiers, and presents the overall framework of requirements,designs the retired soldier information management system.2) With the actual situation, the design of the three-tier structure of distributed network services is to enhance information management level of retired soldiers.3) This thesis proposes the use of network isolation techniques to solve the troops and local civil communication and data exchange issues.4) This thesis analysizes communication and data exchange problem whih the SSL VPN technology solutions.5) The actual performance of the system is been tested and used.This thesis constructs a retired soldier information management system, through the retired soldiers of information collection, the establishment of retired soldiers basic information database, the initial realization of retired soldiers information management digital, identity verification, and business certificates retroactive network, enhance the management efficiency. The system uses a distributed system technology, greatly reducing the workload of armed police handling of retired soldiers. The system uses network isolation technology to ensure the security forces and local data transmission. Realization of the system greatly reduces the local civil affairs departments to verify the truth of the work for retired soldiers, while local civil affairs troops oversees the resettlement of the work of retired soldiers efficiently.
