Research On Integrated Services For Retired Old People In Enterprises

With the decline in the birth rate of the population and the increase in the life expectancy per capita,China has entered a stage of rapid population aging,showing the characteristics of a large base of the elderly,rapid growth,and obvious aging trends.The trend of aging population is very serious.As early as in the middle of the last century,as a product of the unit system during the planned economy period,an enterprise community with urban space characteristics emerged.Since the reform and opening up,due to the in-depth advancement of market-oriented reforms,the enterprise community has gradually separated from the original unit,and social members have begun to change from "enterprise" to "community".With the gradual increase,the phenomenon of living alone is becoming more and more serious.As these retired seniors gradually divorced from social collective life,the original social support network collapsed,and unavoidable physical,psychological,and social problems occurred.The quality of life and the sense of well-being of life have dropped significantly,and it is urgent to provide them with comprehensive Integrated care services for and inertia.This article takes the retired elderly in the L community of Wuhan as the research object,and analyzes from the three aspects of the retired elderly’s physical,psychological and social aspects.Using the participatory observation method,questionnaire survey method and unstructured interview method,an in-depth and detailed investigation was conducted on the living conditions of the retired elderly in the enterprise,so as to find out the main problems and needs faced by these retired elderly.In order to provide integrated care services to the retired elderly in the community,the author will integrate services through four quadrants A,B,C,and D to show the characteristics of integration and integration.The main practical methods used are the case work method and the group work method,which involve the social work of the retired elderly.In the case of intervention,the author mainly helps the elderly to change their negative life concepts and actively adjust their mentality.Secondly,rebuild the interpersonal communication and social support network for the retired elderly to better integrate into the society after retirement.Help the retired elderly to link and integrate the internal and external resources in the group work,improve their self-awareness,rebuild the social support network,and thus improve the elderly’s ability to solve problems.By providing integrated services for the retired elderly,the author draws the following conclusions: First,the use of integrated care services to integrate resources inside and outside the community into a coherent and comprehensive system can help corporate retired elderly in the community Solve the needs of yourself and your family.Second,rebuild the social support network for the retired elderly in the community,restore the connection with the society,and deepen the feelings between the neighbors.Third,the integrated care model improves the living environment of the elderly and improves the quality of life by promoting the construction of infrastructure in the community and increasing the number of entertainment venues in the community.
