People often say that "once drug abuse, ten years of drug, lifelong to poison."Drug addiction is a world difficult problem,at present there is no effective drug to help drug addicts detoxified.Drug addicts relapse rate has been high,how to scientifically evaluate the effectiveness of detoxification is a problem which has a recognized.Diagnosis and assessment is "one of the highlights of the anti drug law", addicts diagnostic evaluation work is good or not, which plays an important role in drug treatment work. The author has long been engaged in engaged in compulsory isolation detoxification practice and research work, constitute the system design, this paper from the diagnostic evaluation factors, practical and puts forward some opinions and suggestions, hoping to provide reference and reference value for further perfecting the drug addicts diagnostic assessment system.The first part mainly expounds the basic theory, diagnosis and assessment, to implement the "anti drug law" as the basic concept, from the diagnostic evaluation of diagnostic evaluation, analyzes the importance and necessity of carrying out work for rehabilitation work, highlight the diagnostic evaluation work has great significance for scientific, objective evaluation of the effectiveness of detoxification. The third part, focuses on China’s diagnostic evaluation system problems, mainly in four aspects, one is the level of standardization of diagnostic evaluation is not high; the two is a diagnostic assessment system implementation is not in place; three is the authority for approval of the original decision authority is not unified; the four is to assess the spatial and temporal segmentation and discontinuities cause diagnostic evaluation of the fault, weakening the effect evaluation.The fourth part, mainly in the face of perfect our country’s drug diagnostic evaluation system put forward six suggestions from the legislation, law enforcement, practice, standardization, socialization and multiple layers. One is to further strengthen the diagnostic assessment system construction, strengthen the systematization and standardization of diagnosis and assessment work; two is to further strengthen the diagnostic assessment of the work idea, improve the objectivity and scientific diagnostic evaluation; the three is to further improve the diagnostic evaluation of operational mechanism, give full play to the effectiveness of diagnostic evaluation; the four is to further strengthen the diagnostic evaluation of reward and punishment mechanism give full play to the stimulating function diagnostic evaluation; the five is to further promote the application of informatization, vigorously promote the diagnostic evaluation of job standardization construction; six is to further promote the diagnostic assessment work socialization realize seamless docking, rehabilitation work.
