Analysis On The Causes And Countermeasures Of Relapse Of Drug Addicts In Compulsory Isolation

Since its implementation in 2008,the drug control law of the People's Republic of China has effectively cracked down on drug crimes and curbed the violent momentum of drug spread.But so far,has become addicted to drugs has been difficult to kick the habit,relapse rate of more than 90 percent.The high relapse rate of drug addicts makes the previous drug rehabilitation work ineffective.In this case,we should explore a more effective countermeasure to prevent resorption.In this paper,through the field investigation of the resuckers after compulsory isolation,the reasons for the resuckers are analyzed and the solutions are proposed.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is an overview of the legal measures for drug addiction treatment,mandatory isolation for drug addiction treatment,mandatory isolation for drug addiction treatment centers,and the definition of the concept of forced isolation for drug addicts to relapse.In the second part,the status quo of relapse of drug addicts in compulsory isolation is analyzed through empirical data,and the sociological and psychological characteristics of relapse addicts are analyzed by taking taizhou compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation center in jiangsu province as an example.The third part,on the basis of the previous two parts,analyzes the reasons for the relapse of drug addicts in compulsory isolation.From the individual factors,family factors,social factors to explore.First,in terms of individual factors,it is difficult for the relapse addicts to get rid of their mental dependence on drugs.Under the influence of materialistic and selfish outlook on life,drug taking environment is always indispensable.The belief in drug withdrawal is so lax that it is difficult to give it up.Second,in terms of family factors,the rejection of family makes them unable to meet their inner needs and resort to drugs for comfort.The lack of family supervision makes them unable to get effective supervision and control.Third,in terms of government and social factors,the social discrimination and prejudice against drug users makes it difficult for them to be accepted by the society and they can only stay in drug users.The influence of the subculture of drug users tempts and forces them to take drugs again;The social security is insufficient,fails to provide the labor employment to find a place for,causes them to wander in the society all the time.The fourth part is the corrective countermeasures for the relapse patients,which are mainly put forward from three aspects: first,the reduction of spiritual dependence,the change of wrong outlook on life,and the firm belief in drug withdrawal at the individual level;Second,strengthen family care and encouragement and supervision;Third,promote the understanding and tolerance of the society from the government and social level,get rid of the influence of the subculture of drug abuse,and strengthen the social security.In this paper,aiming at the special group of people who relapse in compulsory isolated drug rehabilitation centers,the author adopts the way of empirical research,combines the current national drug rehabilitation system,and makes clear the direction of drug rehabilitation in the future through the research on the relapse of people in compulsory isolated drug rehabilitation centers,so as to promote the drug rehabilitation work to achieve greater results.
