Study On The Farms’ Internal Management System With XPCC

Internal management system of the corps’ farm is the corps and division for the leader, on the basis ofthe farm, to the company as the fulcrum of the set of administrative, economic, military, education andhealth. Under the new historical conditions, The original internal management system of thecorps’ farm isgetting more and more protruding reveals its inadaptability, Causing a lot of contradictions andshortcomings. Actively to explore the establishment of the internal management system and evolutionprocess, to clarify its development course is conducive to the herd of internal management reform andinnovation in the new period, at the same time, it is conducive to promote corps of leap-forwarddevelopment.This paper bases on the corps’ farm internal management system as the research object, Specificmeans farms in all aspects of the internal management scope, authority, responsibility, benefit and theirrelations of criterion, is the core institutions, organization form, purview division, management system, etc.And from the perspective of management coordination, carding the establishment and evolution of thefarm’s internal management. On the basis of consulting a large number of historical data, dividing thedevelopment of the internal management system into four historical stage: the people’s liberation armyregiment level management period, Xinjiang region production and construction corps period,administration of land reclamation period, Xinjiang production and construction corps period. Analysis ofherd internal management system in different periods of inheritance and change, we can find it is facing thechallenge of urbanization after the internal management system is given. Both industrial structure and theworkers’ need require the innovation of the management system. so, New demand of the development andinternal reform and innovation of farm, using literature analys is, questionnaire, researching on innovation,analyzing innovation models such as to unity town and farm, to unity company and community. Basing onthe relevant instructions of corps of institutional reform in2013, basing on the actual round field, I amtrying to explore the way of development, and to put forward feasible suggestions about the corps’ farminternal management system.
