Research On The Construction Of Chinese Communist Party’s Benefits Coordination Ability

Interest is the most sensitive nerve in human social life. Thought out the historicalprocess development of human society，it will find the relationship of interests is the core ofany social relations. The construction of interest relations is very important, it not only relatesto the realization of the vital interests of every member of society, but also relates country’slong-term stability. So, coordination of interests is timeless theme of human society. Since thereform and opening up, a great change has occurred in the economic system, Chinese socialrelation of interests has changed profoundly, not only the gap between the rich and the poorhas been widening, and interests conflicts have become complicated, these phenomenon areseriously influencing social harmony and stability. Specifically, such as unfair distribution ofbenefits, continued widening income gap, becoming acute group conflict, the imbalancebetween supply and demand of education, the expansion of the gap between urban and ruralareas and so on. These problems will seriously affect the sustained and stable development ofthe society, if not deal with it properly in the period of social transition. Except that, it willdeeply influence the construction of the harmonious society and obstacles to the realization ofcommon prosperity.The interest contradiction and conflict appeared in the new period put forward a hugechallenge to the Chinese communist party. As the sole ruling party in China, CCP is the coreof leadership in the system of political rights, plays a leading role in building a socialist society.Improving the ability of interest coordination of the CPC is the key content of this thesis, alsois the embodiment of the party’s basic nature. The Central Committee of the CCP promulgateda document: the decision on strengthening the Party’s governance capability, it makes higher attention to the ability of Interest coordination of the CCP. Since the founding of New China,although there have been some mistakes, but the ability of CCP’s interest coordination isincreasing steadily. From “Egalitarianism” to “Efficiency comes first with reasonableconsideration to equality”, and then “Give priority to efficiency, paying more attention tofairness”, social equity and justice is more and more important. The work for interestscoordination should observe the principles of communion of interests, having a footholdoverall, overall consideration and social equality. Reforming and perfecting the modes andmechanisms of interests coordination of CPC also is the key measures. And then, it requires acombination of social reality to solve practical problems in the social life, analyses thesituation abroad, continues liberating and developing productive forces, so as to realize themaximum coordination of the interest relations of various social Strata and achieve theharmonious development of socialist society.
