On Enhances Communist Party Of China's Benefit Coordinated Ability In Construction Socialism Harmonious Society

Studying the historical process of development of human society will find the relationship of interests is the core of any social relations. Coordination of social interests is the eternal theme of human society and most important issue which achieving harmony in any society must address.At present, China is in a period of institutional transformation.As the deepening of reform and opening up and development of socialist market economy,as acceleration of China's industrialization and urbanization,marketization and internationalization,China's dramatic social structure changes dramaticly and the interests pattern changes profoundly.It can be said this kind of change is inevitable trend of social development and an important manifestation of social progress.But, the adjustment of social structure and interests pattern brought about the increase of interest contradictions and exacerbation of social contradictions.With China entry into the critical period of comprehensive building well-off society, if the future development trend of China's society can resolve all of contradictions between the any interests,to a large extent,depend on the ruling party and the government's ability of coordinating the interests relationship and the effectiveness of interests coordination.How to coordinate the social interests relations, and keep the economy continuous development has become the challenging issues the Communist Party of China have to confront during this period, which it has important impact on Chinese Communist Party's.Under the guidance of the Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism, and based on the practice of reform and opening up in 30 years,this paper attempts to analyze the five kinds of social interests relations and causes of creation which the period of social transition has important impact on the Communist Party of China's ruling status.Furthermore,the paper will put forward the specific measures which improving the ability of coordination of social interest relations.First of all,in this paper,I will analyze and elaborate the interests and theory of interests coordination. And Then put the focus on the analyzing the five kinds of social interests relationship which has an important impact on Communist Party of China's ruling status:the interests relations between labor and capital, the party's official and public,urban and rural,regional interests relations,and the industry interests relations.The articles make a deep analysis of the reasons that create the differentiation of five kinds of social interests, which is the role of internal mechanism in market economy,monopoly special interest group to own benefit high monopoly,the national non-balanced development of strategies and policies, the dual structure of urban and rural, the changes of interest concept.The current guiding principles of interests coordination is principle of developing the social productivity strongly;overall considerations;efficiency first but giving more attention to fairness;profit sharing;social fair and just and interests guarantee.Finally, bring forward specific measures which could improve Communist Party of China's ability to coordinate the social interests relations.They are,Enhancing the party's ability of controlling the overall situation and accelerating development,coordinating all field;Strengthening the party to plan the regional economies coordinated development ability;Deepening uncreasingly to monopolizes the profession reform ability;Consummating constructs the city and countryside benefit integration ability;Enhancing the social benefit fair assignment ability.
