In recent years, when the patient disputes have occurred,most obscure,and somebloodshed shocked the nation,some extreme medical malpractice in criminal cases,withunprecedented sharp state, the doctor-patient relationship again and again to the cusp ofpublic opinion.The current medical dispute presents two characteristics: First,the current medicaldispute has been developed to a very sharp point,had to seek solutions from all levels;second is how to deal with medical disputes have become had to face and theimportance of the topic,related to the medical industry’s development and healthmaintenance of order, related to the survival of the state of health care workers, but alsoto social harmony and stability.In this paper,a municipal hospitals in Northern patient disputes between2011-2013,and make a comprehensive analysis,the data reflect the status of the doctor-patientdisputes, medical disputes in a typical case study of the causes and coping strategies.Firstly,the status quo patient disputes,taking literature research,questionnaires,interviews and case analysis,to explore various aspects of the present situation andcharacteristics of medical disputes,medical disputes that the current coverage,longduration,the number of high, number of participants,the performance of various forms,disposal is difficult,a strong response,the negative impact is obvious.Secondly,this paper discusses the multi-angle expand,explore the causes ofdisputes between doctors and patients that the government level,lack of governmentinvestment reasons,the uneven distribution of resources and lack of medical care, healthinsurance system is not perfect,both doctors and patients rights protection system,imperfect;medical level The reason there is the concept of doctor-patient relationshipabuse,hospital management weaknesses, shortcomings patient communication,medical personnel and other technical standards are not in place;There are medical reasons forthe high cost of patient level,patients overwhelmed,efficacy and patient expectationscontrast is too large,growing patient awareness of rights,lack of patient awareness of thedoctor-patient relationship, etc.;reasons other levels doctor-patient complaints andactivist channel is not smooth,to seek financial compensation for the families," medicaltrouble "malicious instigation and participation,negative speculation and other media.Finally, the paper discusses the strategies for solving disputes between doctors andpatients that government policies have increased the level of government investment inpublic finances medical,legal establishment of medical security system,theestablishment of government intervention mechanism,smooth patient complaintsmanagement system;medical management level strategies improve health managementlaws and regulations,improve the legal protection system in patients governance"non-normal" doctor-patient disputes;Hospital management level conflict resolution strategyhas a sound contingency plans,improving the level of medical services,improvedoctor-patient communication mechanism;third party level policies have played amediating role of people’s mediation committees,establishment of medical risk-sharingmechanisms to enhance positive publicity and guide public opinion and so on.
