With the an advancing and deepening of reform and opening up, Chinese non-governmental organizations have great breakthrough and development, It displays as:the increase in the number of the organizations,the improvement of the quality of services,the gradually improvement in the social influence and social recognition. Along with the development of non-governmental organizations,the number of workers has achieved great growth.The working pressure as a special state accompanying the workers work has great effect on workers interest, work efficiency and work status. The working pressure conditions of NGO workers have a huge impact on their ability to effectively carry out social services and to achieve social goals. Timely understanding of NGO workers working pressure conditions and stress relief methods to build a more universal, suitable NGO practitioners stress coping strategies have become an important issue affecting individual workers, their organizations and the community service business.In this study, qualitative research as the main research methods used to study ten workers in Beijing NGO, through interviews about their respective work pressure conditions in NGO work, work pressure and specific sources of work stress mitigation strategies, based on the generalization of NGO workers working pressure source and the pressure on mitigation strategies, summed to obtain a more macro NGO workers work stress mitigation strategies.Through the study,we found that NGO workers’ working pressure mainly comes from: long working hours, heavy workload, the mismatch of the job skills, low work competence and the lower salary, working the negative emotional impact, career planning is not clear shortage of organizations operating in the capital, lack of manpower, and professional services contradictory diversity, competition within the industry, non-professional stakeholders interference, lack of organizational culture, lack of identity and the degree of social acceptance, family stress and personal conflicts of mind these aspects. Accordingly, they work as a stress relief strategies Keywords: time management, learning, mutual aid, display, self-regulation, communication and coordination. Therefore, based on these specific and different sources of work stress and mitigation strategies, we try to proceed from individuals, organizations, industry, government, subject to three different suggestions for NGO workers and showing different stress mitigation strategies.
