Doctor-patient Mutual Harm And Its Coping Mechanism

At present,there is a serious crisis of doctor-patient trust in China.For various reasons,doctors and patients do not trust each other,and the conflicts between doctors and patients are fierce.Medical violence is a frequent occurrence in China,and gradually evolved into the phenomenon of doctor-patient Mutual harm.The doctor-patient Mutual harm is a unique social phenomenon and social problem,and gradually formed in the reform of medical system in China.It is an important manifestation of the contradiction between the growing need for a better life and the uneven development of the people.If it is not regulated effectively,it will evolve into a more serious doctor-patient crisis.In China,both doctors and patients are actually weak.They are not only the weak under the cover of disease,but also the weak in the operation of the system.But the two classes of the weak,who were supposed to be on the same side,had a fierce conflict,which had to be thought-provoking.With the development of the economic system,the specialized division of labor becomes more sophisticated.The subjects of various industries hold different professional information,and the asymmetry of information among different subjects has become a universal problem.Because medical activity is a highly specialized industry,there is a phenomenon of information asymmetry between doctors and patients.But this kind of information asymmetry is divided into the nature information asymmetry of doctor and patient specialty and the information asymmetry of human factor between doctor and patient.From the angle of information asymmetry theory,this paper attempts to alleviate the phenomenon of information asymmetry between doctors and patients,rebuild the trust between doctors and patients,and then improve the phenomenon of doctor-patient Mutual harm.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the article is divided into four major parts of the doctor-patient mutual harm and its coping mechanism.In the first part,the author discusses the mutual harm between doctors and patients.Combined with the current situation of doctor-patient relationship in China,this paper puts forward the phenomenon of doctor-patient mutual harm,defines its concept,and expounds the manifestation and result of doctor-patient mutual harm.In the second part,the causes of the doctor-patient mutual harm are analyzed.First of all,it discusses the multiple causes of mutual harm between doctors and patients.And then analyze the key cause ofmutual harm between doctors and patients,that is,the doctors and patients do not trust.Through the source of trust,it is found that the exchange of information between doctors and patients is closely related to the trust between doctors and patients.That is to say,the asymmetry of doctor-patient information is an important factor of doctors and patients' distrust.In the third part,it discusses the relationship between doctor and patient mutual harm and information asymmetry.Firstly,there is asymmetry of doctor-patient information in the mutual harm between doctors and patients.Secondly,the doctors and patients play a game under the information asymmetry and exacerbate the mutual harm between doctors and patients.Thirdly,analyze the rights infringed between doctors and patients and their causes under asymmetric information.In the fourth part,it mainly discusses the coping mechanism of doctor-patient mutual harm.Through the preceding analysis,the key cause of the doctor-patient Mutual harm is the distrust between doctors and patients.Then,according to the relationship between information and doctor-patient trust,from the angle of information asymmetry theory,to explore the reconstruction of doctors-patients trust to alleviate the harm of doctors and patients to deal with the mechanism.Proposed to strengthen the information exchange and cooperation between doctors and patients by means of information transmission,incentive mechanism and government regulation,to relieve the information asymmetry between the doctor and patient as human factors,rebuild doctors-patients trust,and improve mutual harm between doctors and patients.
