Chinese long history of five thousand years without prolonged civilization gave birth tosplendid culture. Ongoing history and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation largelybenefited from our farming civilization. As the saying goes Man eats by nature, the reasonwhy farming civilization superior than the nomadic/marine civilization is that it gives moreprotection to people. At the beginning of new era, single production, economic structures lagbehind today′s trend and goes against the development of society. Nowadays, China’sindustrial, scientific, economic, defense and other fields, have been at or near the level ofmodernization. While, due to the continuous reduction of arable land, water shortage, climatedisasters and ideological shackles and other factors, agricultural development is falling behind,So how to effectively utilize and integrate existing agricultural resources is particularlyimportant and urgent. The21st century is about information, the importance of information isprominent in the highly economic-developed areas, Therefore, the government should payattention to the acquisition and supply agricultural information. The government tend to therestructure information in new rural areas, and give political education to guide farmers toestablish cognition. Only by establishing and improving the legal protection mechanism andkeep balance of rural information supply and demand can it promote the development ofinformation construction in rural areas.This thesis analyzes the information supplied to the problems of agriculture， combiningwith the other countries′experience, is to build a relatively complete legal protectionmechanisms for the supply of agricultural information. It covers the agricultural informationinfrastructure, agricultural information financial system, insurance system, the financialsystem and other aspects, the construction of agricultural information supplied legalprotection mechanisms. The first part outlined the legal protection of agricultural informationsupply mechanism, mainly analyzes the basic meaning and significance of agriculturalinformation, concrete analysis the relationship among agricultural information and publicgoods, the main supply of legal protection of agricultural information, concerning object andcontent features, agricultural information supplied legal protection mechanisms. The secondpart is analyzes the status of legal protection mechanisms for the supply of agriculturalinformation and problems. Recognizing, in practice, the legal protection of agricultural information on agricultural supplying are seriously bad. As to the law enforcement process,there is also unfavorable the information right that Agricultural Law didn′t protectfarmers’ agricultural information right. The third part describes the United States, Japan, andSouth Korea’s agricultural information supplied legal protection practice and use them forimproving Chinese legal protection of agricultural information supply mechanism. Moreworthy of the practices are: to expand the scope of the main supply of legal protection ofagricultural information; pay attention to the role of legislation, to build system of practicalagricultural information supplied legal mechanisms; to study abroad Agricultural Societyestablished system to help the supply of agricultural information, the government and relatedorganizations must be aware of rights and obligations. The fourth part is on the basis of thefirst three parts, analyze how to solve the problem of our agricultural information suppliedlegal mechanisms. First, restructuring the main supply of agricultural information system oflegal protection mechanisms, improving and perfecting the insurance system of legalprotection of agricultural information supplied on this basis, the financial support system,financial support systems, infrastructure systems and education systems.
