Team spirit is welcome in the west, it and our collective history has a homology, some scholars regard the collectivism with the team spirit, the two is a fundamental concept, collectivism is the team spirit, team spirit is equal to the collectivism. And some believe that the collective is outdated, should learn from western in the construction of team spirit, much criticism of collectivism. Thus, has a very important significance in theory to distinguish between collectivism and team spirit. Collectivism as the socialist basic value orientation and the core of moral principles, is the important foundation for the construction of socialist mainstream ideology, a cornerstone of contemporary social and cultural construction is China.
