Urban Community At The Primary Level

With the development of the reform and opening up and socialistmarket economy, especially the urban grass-roots social structure reformand adjustment, the position and role of urban community is more andmore important, the requirement of the community building is also veryurgent. Community party construction as an important part of ourparty’s construction, is a new topic proposed to adapt to the reform ofurban development, community construction is the importantorganization guarantee.This article selects is located in the northwest frontier ethnicminority autonomous areas of Hohhot community to investigate case,adopt the combination of theory and empirical study, using literaturemethod, questionnaire survey and depth interview method, etc., in thereview and study based on a large number of documents, books, journalarticles on the concept and general theory of urban community party atthe grass-roots level to strengthen grass-roots party construction theimportance and urgency of community.
