Research On Community Construction Of Chengzitan Street In Dalian

Community is a group of social groups or social organizations gathered in a field of the formation of a large interrelated collection.It is the foundation of people's life and communication,as well as the basic platform of social management and urban construction.Therefore,building and managing community well is an important way to maintain social stability and harmony and promote social progress and development.As the main task of the government,community construction requires community residents,community organizations and non-profit organizations to make contributions to the healthy development of the community under the leadership of the government.In recent years,although the community work of Chengzitan Street in Dalian has been faced with many difficulties,it has been advancing in an orderly way,the appearance and appearance of the community has been greatly improved,and the level of governance and service has been comprehensively improved.In 2017,Chunman comnunity of Chengzitan Street was rated as Dalian municipal harmonious community.Although some achievements have been made,some problems have emerged in the process of community construction.In this paper,Chengzitan Street in Dalian city is selected as the research object.Firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are introduced.Literature analysis,case analysis and field investigation are used to conduct the research through consulting relevant domestic and foreign literatures.Then,on the basis of clarifying the relevant concepts of community and applying the relevant theories and methods,it guides the research of community construction in depth.And then,combined with the theoretical research and applied research,USES the relevant theories of public management and sociology,from how to carry out community construction,set up the mechanism of community construction and management system,and strengthen the construction of community organizations at the grass-roots level in three aspects,the son of Dalian city temple street community construction condition analysis,to find out problems in the process of community building.After the problems are found,the causes of the problems are further determined,and the factors affecting community construction are compared and analyzed.China's community construction started late,and the professional level of community public service is not high,residents' sense of autonomy is poor,the street attaches little importance to community autonomy,coupled with the lack of community infrastructure construction and other reasons,resulting in the community construction in Chengzitan area is not in place,and there is still a gap with the developed areas at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper summarizes the advanced experience at home and abroad for reference:first,to carry out community construction with characteristics,give full play to community characteristics,create community construction characteristics in line with their own development,so that residents get the most direct vital interests;Second,the construction of community smart platform should be strengthened to meet residents' various interest needs through online service projects.Third,the scientific planning service system,through unified and scientific planning of community construction,the establishment of a more effective public resource allocation system,to create a higher quality of living environment,more standard to achieve the goal of scientific planning.Finally,the article discusses in front,on the basis of using the related theory of Dalian city child temple street community development present situation and deficiency in the process of construction of in-depth analysis,thus son temple street in Dalian city community development countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,namely,strengthening the standardization of community construction,give play to the role of government-led,comprehensively promoting the construction of the community as a whole,to set up the professional community construction and service team.In combination with the community index system,continuous evolution and improvement,so as to promote the community construction of the whole city of Dalian,to create a community operating mechanism in line with the current living environment.
