The Study On The Cooperation Mechanism Of Local Governments In Domestic Regional Cooperation

Economic globalization and regional economic integration had a profound influence on the world economy. As a response to economic globalization and regional economic integration, regional economic cooperation has become an important trend to the world economic development nowadays, and gradually extended to each country’s interior, that is the regional economic cooperation between areas and regions under the same state. As a developing country, China is in an important period that the planned economy transform to the market economy. Regional economic development has entered a new and important stage, as a leader, the Chinese central and local government play an important role in the regional economic and social development. By facing the fierce competition in economic development, Local governments aware of that to build a good governmental cooperation mechanism has significance in realizing their own interests, and promoting regional development. The study on the cooperation mechanism of local governments in domestic region, on one hand it is able to provide theoretical guidance to regional development and even raise direct advice to propose targeted policy; on the other hand, it can bring theoretical innovations for the administrate management research. How to build a scientific and effective cooperation mechanism of regional government, it can be said to be an important theoretical and practical problems. In this regard, I reaserch on the cooperative mechanism of local governments based on Politics and administration, economics, make the intergovernmental relations, collective action and gambling theory as theoretical support. I analyzed the current situation, problems and institutional difficulties in regional cooperation, and Explore in depth on the mechanisms. Finally, based on the analysis of cooperative mechanisms of local governments, I have proposed targeted arrangements and specific measures from three aspects:role of government, operation organization, institutional environment.
