The Issue And Countermeasure Of Non-public Enterprises Party Construction In Shenyang

With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the rapid development of China’s non-public economy has become an important component of the socialist market economy, especially in promoting economy and social comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. In the non-public enterprises to establish Party organizations, carry out the Party’s work, is a very important and urgent task, has become the basis for consolidating and expanding the Party’s ruling, adapting to the development of socialist market economy, guiding and promoting the healthy development of non-public enterprises of an important subject.This dissertation is composed of four parts.Firstly,this dissertation analyzes the current development of non-public economy,to overview the non-public enterprises Party construction work of China, including the connotation and features of the non-public enterprises,the main content and development process of Party construction work in the non-public enterprises, discusses the important significance of strengthening and improving Party construction work of non-public enterprises; Then, by means of survey, comparative analysis and other research methods, the author make a detailed research on the Party construction work of non-public enterprises in Shenyang, summing up based on the practical experience, finding the main issues, analyzing the reasons which is caused; Finally, this dissertation discusses how to improve and strengthen the Party construction of non-public enterprises in seven aspects:building more effective leadership and guidance work system, expanding the Party’s organization and working coverage, making full use of the role of Party organizations and Party members, innovating the way of Party organizations activities, strengthening the education and management of Party members, strengthening the construction of the Party workers’team, building and improving security mechanism of the Party construction work.
