Research On Party Construction In Private Enterprises During The New Period

During the new era, with the changing economic environment, China has entered a period of social transition. The social stratum of private enterprises' owners and employees have been expanding in a surprising way. How to lead and educate them and guide healthy development of the private enterprises? Given this situation, the Party proposed the political task——Party construction in the private enterprises.Party organizations in private enterprises are important components of the Party's organizations at the basic level. Party construction in private enterprises is conducive to strengthening the Party's class foundation, expanding its mass base and will improve their ability to control the socialist market-oriented economy. In the process of practice, the Party's construction in private enterprises has made some achievements, including the relevant policies issued, the establishment of Party organizations, the activities launched in an orderly way, and the formation of leadership and operational mechanism etc. However, apart from the accomplishments we must face some problems. First, some local party organizations of the Party, some private enterprises' owners, some Party members of employees show slack in the recognition and thoughts; Secondly, inaccurate positioning, "marginalization", out-dated contents and approaches ,lack of material foundation etc.; Finally, the deficiency in the management of party members. In view of these problems, we must take effective measures to solve them. First, we must attach great importance to the recognition and thoughts about this political work; Secondly, the political status of the Party organizations must be affirmed systematically; Furthermore, we must strive to enhance and improve the work of cultivation and management of Communist Party Members; Finally, we should make an active exploration effective new approaches to the establishment of party organizations in the private enterprises.
