The Process Research Of County Well-off Construction In Hebei Province

It is a long and arduous task to build an moderately prosperous society, and the main is tofocus on the county. The first step to build a comprehensive well-off is to complete a well-offcounty. It said that only build a well-off county, well-off country may be possible, which iscrucial to build a comprehensive well-off. So, the building of a well-off county is necessary.This paper is on In the context, by determining the monitoring indicator system of counties,then evaluate the situation of Hebei province based on135county, last provide the method forthe county building targeting countermeasures.First,build a moderately prosperous society statistical indicators system for theestablishment of Hebei Province at the county. In order to study the index system, better, atthe county level, this paper,combines with the development feature of Hebei province, basedon the eighteenth meeting and previous research, establish index system from five aspects ofeconomic development, democracy, legal system, education, construction, people’s lives andresources.Then,135counties in Hebei Province were looked as the research unit， makingdescriptive statistical analysis, and the data is from2010to2012; then make Factor Analysison the descriptive statistical analysis，and the results of the factor analysis for the first threeyears of the135counties in Hebei Province overall the city is analyzed; then from the timeperspective of comparative analysis，factor scores from year to study the dynamics ofdevelopment，and compared the overall ranking of three years，to make a conclusion; andfinally to analyze the internal structure of the factors from each factor ranking and comparedthe situation to obtain a conclusion.Then, in order to further understand the difference between135counties in Hebei offconstruction, this paper will use cluster analysis to analysis the135counties, analysis of thedifferences between the various categories and regions. Based on the result of cluster analysis,135counties in Hebei Province are divided into three categories: high degree of building awell-off areas，the low degree of building a well-off regions and the general level of well-offconstruction area，these three categories，the same factor corresponding to the previous analysis the level of the composite score，indicating better clustering results，researchrequirements.Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis concluded six aspects: economicdevelopment and quality of life; the construction of the legal system; Rural Well construction;environment; education and coordinated development of cities and counties of the County offconstruction make recommendations.
