Countermeasure Study On Social Assistance For Female Juvenile Offenders In Shenyang

Nowadays, female juvenile delinquency has been developing into an increasingly prominent social issue hindering the social development, which not only jeopardizes social stability and harmony, but also severely affects the implementation of national policies on the development of female juveniles.As a special social group, the female juvenile has specificities in the age structure and gender characteristics, which correspondingly determine their particular physiology and psychology. In this sense, the protection of their rights and interests are being attaching more and more importance to in society. Since the beginning of reform of opening up policy, China has dedicated to the protection of female criminals and juvenile offenders and constantly revised domestic relief policy in different background, which brings a remarkable achievement. This paper systematically analyzes the social assistance for female juvenile offenders in Shenyang from the perspective of public administration, taking female juvenile offenders as the target group and the improvement of the social assistance for female juvenile offenders in Shenyang as the research purport.
