A Casework Study Of Juvenile Female Community Correction

In recent years,the crime of Juvenile Women in China has shown a slow upward trend.And the crime types have shown the characters of centralization,the means of crime have shown the characters of adultization.The number of Juvenile Women community correction has also increased.Providing case-based social work services for minor female community correctors can help them improve their current plight and promote personal development while enhancing their abilities.On the basis of combing the relevant research literature at home and abroad,grasping the relevant research trends at home and abroad,and clarifying the theoretical basis of the research on juvenile female crime,this paper conducts practical research on the juvenile female L who was convicted of community correction for the crime of compulsory indecent and insulting women in F city.Through case interviews,L collects relevant information and analyses the dilemma and needs faced by L.Through the analysis,we find that the case owner L has cognitive bias and personal development is hindered,facing the plight of being labeled and weak social support network system.Based on the problems and dilemmas faced by the client,the client L has the needs of cognitive improvement,de-labeling,improving the social support network system,establishing the correct concept of family,marriage and sex,and vocational counseling.Aiming at L's current predicament and demand,we provide integrated case work with case service as the main part and group work as the supplement.We design corresponding service schemes around L's social support system,self-acceptance,cognitive behavior,marital concept and career development.Through the intervention of case work,we can help L improve the cognitive behavior deviation of "violence by violence" and promote L and mother.The communication between them indirectly helps L solve the problems of ex-boyfriend entanglement and peer system reconstruction,and helps L to make good career planning and arrangement in the future.While helping L get rid of its predicament,it helps L return to normal life,improves his personal ability and promotes his personal development.Through a 10-week case service,the goal of this service was basically achieved,the self-emotional control ability of the case owner was improved,the family relationship was more harmonious,the peer system was improved,and the career development was on the right track.Generally speaking,the case owner can solve and get rid of the problems or dilemmas in the futurelife by focusing on self-ability and supplemented by social resources network.Through the case study,it is found that L is due to the negative family environment,resulting in its self-awareness and social interaction and other adverse adaptability problems,which lead to criminal acts.In the juvenile female crime group,family factor is an important cause of juvenile female crime.The communication between parents and other aspects will have a related impact on the juvenile female.Therefore,in the prevention of juvenile female crime,it is extremely important to improve family relations or reduce the negative impact of the family.On the basis of L's case work practice,the author further summarizes some suggestions on how to promote the smooth development and efficiency of community correction work by judicial social work intervention in the service of juvenile community correction objects,and tries to put forward some intervention methods to solve the problems of juvenile correctors' recidivism and limited development.
