The Survey Research Of Jinzhou New State Community Education

With the rapid economic and social development of our country, community education in lifelong learning and practical function in the harmonious society construction more and more sectors of the community and the functions of the government departments concerned. Community education is that in the community, development, use of all kinds of educational resources, members of the community as the object, aimed at improving the quality of life and member, promote the comprehensive development of the community members and the sustainable development education activities. The momentum of the development of community education in Jinzhou new district is good, have made a lot of achievements. At the same time, due to the lack of rules and regulations, the community residents to the community education recognition is not high, the community education full-time staff less, knowledge structure and ability is difficult to adapt to the development of community education and other issues under the new situation, which seriously restrict the development of community education in Jinzhou district. Therefore, in this paper, through the investigation of Jinzhou New District community education, the general situation of the Jinzhou New District community education work, in-depth analysis of Jinzhou New District community education existing problems and their causes, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.This paper take the method of questionnaire investigation and interview investigation method, carries on the design to the Jinzhou New District community education questionnaire survey,200questionnaires,200valid questionnaires recovered, for effective treatment of data using SPSS19software.Secondly, through the analysis of survey results, found in Jinzhou New District community education mainly existing community education management deficiencies, the community education curriculum is not so scientific, the masses of the lack of understanding of community education, community education teachers is not perfect and so on.Finally, from the establishment of the perfect community education policies and regulations, strengthen and enhance community education system construction, the public consciousness of study, put forward the countermeasure and suggestion of Jinzhou New District Community Education in the aspects of strengthening the construction of teachers team.
