The Investigation And Study On Community Workers Team Construction Of Jinzhou New Area In Dalian

Community workers play core roles in the development of a community. With residents’ increasing requirements as to community services, community security, living environment, cultural life, health care etc., administrators are taking more and more responsibilities and their working quality is affecting the stability and prosperity of the entire society.
