| In recent years, in China’s southern Jiangxi, in the rapid economic and social development atthe same time, the rural women’s crime problem is increasingly outstanding, the crime quantity,type, modus operandi and psychology are the emergence of new features, has been on the stabilityof our country in rural areas, the construction of a new socialist countryside and the construction ofsocialist harmonious society caused great threat. Therefore, how to educate and guide the ruralwomen, effective crime prevention in rural women is a society problem that can not be ignored.This paper along the analysis problem, problem-solving ideas, through the research on thecrime of rural women put forward measures to prevent crime in rural women, first introduced thesituation of rural women’s crime, and the characteristics of the crime of rural women aresummarized, that of the women’s education and guidance, it is necessary to and the urgency ofpreventing the crime; secondly, from the three levels of the individual factors, family factors andsocial factors detailed analysis about the reasons for crime of rural women, for education andguidance in women, prevent crime, and provide a theoretical basis. Finally, based on in-depthresearch of rural women crime characteristics and causes, and puts forward some countermeasuresfor the prevention of crime of rural women is to improve the protection of rural women’s legalsystem,strengthening the construction of grass-roots law; the establishment of economic system,improve the rural women’s economic status; speed up the strong of the rural women’s ideologicalmorality inculcation and guide rural women;psychological health education;strengthening theguidance on the values of the rural women’s right, establish the new mode of life.Through the legalsystem propaganda, ideological and political education, economic status and other means,to guidethe education of the rural women,finally achieve the purpose of preventing and reducing crimes. |
