Research On The Problem And Countermeasure Of Community Detoxification Of Hainan Province

In order to make drug addicts quit drugs better and return to society,it is very important to carry out community detoxification management.With the development and construction of Hainan Province's International Tourism Island,exchanges among local people are becoming more and more frequent and mobility is gradually increasing.In addition,the lag in community detoxification in Hainan Province has led to the failure of community drug addicts to comply with community drug treatment agreements,and the number of people who again use drugs in the process of community detoxification has increased year by year.It is necessary to study the problem of community detoxification in Hainan Province,and put forward some countermeasures for community detoxification in line with the actual situation in Hainan Province.This paper proceeds from the problems existing in community detoxification in Hainan Province and the characteristics of the community detoxification personnel ordered to do so.Innovatively put forward the countermeasures of community detoxification in Hainan province,which has important practical significance for improving the effectiveness of community detoxification,reducing relapse rate and increasing withdrawal rate in Hainan province.This paper is divided into five parts.Through the methods of literature research,case analysis and systematic construction,the characteristics of community drug addicts in Hainan Province and the problems existing in the process of community detoxification are analyzed.In view of the present situation of community detoxification in Hainan Province,innovative countermeasures are put forward to solve the existing problems in community detoxification in Hainan Province.Further improve the management model of community detoxification in Hainan Province and enhance the effectiveness of community detoxification.
