Although it is not completely adopted in our country, it will be the best purchase mode soon. At last, after define the contracting purchase mode and its significance, give the suggestion to realize the contracting purchase mode of government purchase elderly care service, is to improve the working efficiency and the ability of supplying public service of the government, and create a wide space for the development of social organization, thereby meet the basic needs of the public continuously.
