Research On The Measures Of CCP Member Troop’s Construction Based On Dissipative Structure Theory

With the development of economic society, and the depth reform in the area of economy, politics and culture, the Chinese dream of rejuvenating the Chinese nation will be just around the corner. The foundation of Chinese Communist Party(CCP) and the solidarity of relentlessly fighting, has changed the old China with poverty and backward into a progressiveness new China. As the core strengthen of socialism development, Party members have a far-reaching influence in economy development. To strength the building of Party members is also an important guarantee in CCP building. With the deepening of reform, the situation of global, nation and CCP are changing greatly. As a result, we CCP faces many new challenges and inner issues to handle with. In this essay, we analyzed the issues with the theory of dissipative structure. Based on the analysis, we provided serval measures as a strong references that CCP will be the core leadership in Socialism with Chinese characteristics throughout.The introduction part, the paper introduces the research background and significance of this topic, research method is given, and the emphases and difficulties of this paper expounds the subject and the innovation points.The content of the first chapter, the dissipative structure theory and related concepts are introduced, this paper expounds the conditions of the dissipative structure formation, this paper introduces the scientific value and the philosophical connotation of the dissipative structure theory, mainly discusses the party member troop meet the characteristics of dissipative structure.The second chapter, first analyzes the current situation of the construction of the party member troop, and summarizes the existing in the construction of the party member troop in China at the present stage of four questions: first, the part of the party activists to join the party motivation not pure, value orientation and chemical; Second, the minority party members the ideal faith shaken, tenet conception; Third, the increasing of quantity flow of party members, management increasingly weakened; Fourth, individual party members and cadres lawless and style tends to corrupt.
